- Standard Processing: Same business day or next business day
- Holiday Processing: Orders may take 1-2 additional business days during holidays
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends will be processed the next business day
- Business Hours: Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays

- Send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking details
Order Cutoff Times:
To ensure same-day processing, orders should be placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery
2.1 Primary Carrier
FedEx Ground is our primary shipping method for all domestic orders.
- Delivery Time: 2-3 business days from ship date
- Tracking: Full tracking provided with all shipments
- Signature: Signature may be required for high-value orders
- Weekend Delivery: Not available (business days only)
Note: Weekend orders receive +1 day to the estimated delivery time as they are processed on the next business day.
2.2 Expedited Shipping
For urgent orders, expedited shipping options may be available upon request:
- FedEx 2-Day: Delivery within 2 business days
- FedEx Overnight: Next business day delivery
- Special Handling: Custom shipping arrangements for bulk orders

We prioritize the security and discretion of your shipments:
- Discreet Packaging: All packages are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes

3. Shipping Costs
3.1 Free Shipping Threshold
FREE SHIPPING
On qualifying orders
The free shipping threshold is set by the store and calculated on subtotal before taxes and fees. Applies to FedEx Ground shipping within the continental United States. Current threshold will be displayed at checkout.
3.2 Standard Shipping Fees
For orders below the free shipping threshold:
- Standard Flat Rate: $10.00 for most domestic shipments
- FedEx Ground: Reliable 2-5 business day delivery
- Rural/Remote Areas: Additional fees may apply for extended delivery areas
3.3 Additional Fees
- Expedited Shipping: Additional costs apply for 2-day or overnight delivery
- Signature Confirmation: May be required for high-value orders (no additional cost)
- Re-delivery Attempts: Carrier may charge fees for failed delivery attempts
- Address Corrections: Incorrect addresses may incur carrier correction fees
Important:
Shipping costs are calculated in real-time at checkout based on your location and order weight. The exact shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
4. Shipping Restrictions & Prohibited Locations
4.1 United States Only
We ship exclusively within the United States. We do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories.
- No International Shipping: No shipments to any country outside the United States
- No U.S. Territories: No shipments to Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, etc.
- No Military Bases: No shipments to APO/FPO addresses (requires Harmony code which we do not have)
4.2 Prohibited States
Due to state laws and regulations, we cannot ship to the following states:
- Alabama
- Arkansas
- Indiana
- Rhode Island
- Wisconsin
4.3 Prohibited Counties & Cities
We cannot ship to the following specific counties and cities where local laws prohibit our products:

- Jerseyville
- Edwardsville County
Mississippi:
- Columbus
- Union County

- Ascension Parish

Orders placed to prohibited locations will be:
- Automatically Cancelled: Orders to banned locations are cancelled before processing
- Refunds Issued: Full refund will be processed within 3-5 business days
- No Exceptions: We cannot make exceptions for any prohibited locations
- Address Verification: We verify shipping addresses against our restricted location database
5. Delivery Information

- Valid Address: Must provide complete, accurate shipping address
- Age Verification: Recipient must be 21+ years old
- Signature: May be required for high-value orders
- Safe Location: Choose secure delivery location to prevent theft
5.2 Delivery Attempts
FedEx typically makes multiple delivery attempts:
- First Attempt: Delivery to your address during business hours
- Delivery Notice: Left if no one is available to receive package
- Additional Attempts: FedEx will attempt delivery up to 3 times
- Hold for Pickup: After failed attempts, package may be held at FedEx location
5.3 Delivery Issues
Common delivery issues and solutions:
- Wrong Address: Verify your shipping address is correct before ordering
- No One Home: Consider delivery to workplace or use FedEx Hold for Pickup
- Package Theft: Choose secure locations; consider requiring signature
- Weather Delays: Severe weather may cause delivery delays
Package Responsibility Transfer
Once FedEx marks your package as "delivered," responsibility transfers to you. We are not responsible for:
- Stolen packages after delivery
- Packages delivered to incorrect address you provided
- Damage after delivery
- Delays due to weather or carrier issues

Once your order ships, you will receive:
- Shipping Confirmation Email: Contains tracking number and carrier information
- Direct FedEx Tracking: Track your package directly on FedEx.com
- Delivery Updates: Receive notifications about delivery status
- Estimated Delivery: Approximate delivery date and time window
6.2 Tracking Delays
Occasional tracking delays may occur:
- Initial Scan Delays: Package may ship before first tracking update appears
- Weekend Gaps: Fewer tracking updates on weekends
- Weather Events: Storms may interrupt tracking updates
- High Volume: Holiday seasons may cause tracking delays
If tracking shows no updates for 48+ hours after ship notification, contact us for assistance.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
7.1 Lost Packages
A package is considered lost if:
- Tracking shows no updates for 5+ business days
- Package hasn't arrived 2-3 days after expected delivery
- FedEx confirms package is lost in their system
Resolution Process:
- Contact us immediately with your tracking number
- We will file a claim with FedEx on your behalf
- Investigation typically takes 5-7 business days
- If confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or refund
7.2 Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Document Immediately: Take photos/video of damaged packaging and contents
- Contact Us Within 48 Hours: Email support@terramystic.shop
- Keep All Materials: Don't discard damaged packaging or products
- Provide Details: Include order number, tracking number, and damage photos
We will work with FedEx to resolve damage claims and ensure you receive a replacement product.
