At Terra Mystic, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Due to the nature of our products (botanical extracts and concentrated alkaloids), we maintain strict policies regarding returns and refunds to ensure product integrity and customer safety.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Returns, No Refunds Policy
1.1 All Sales Are Final
Due to health, safety, and legal considerations, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Unopened products
- Opened or used products
- Products you are dissatisfied with
- Duplicate orders or ordering errors on your part
- Inability to use the product
- Adverse reactions or side effects
1.2 Why No Returns?
Our strict no-return policy exists for several important reasons:
- Health and Safety: Once products leave our facility, we cannot verify their storage conditions, handling, or integrity
- Product Contamination: Returned products pose contamination risks and cannot be resold
- Regulatory Compliance: Due to the nature of botanical extracts, returned products cannot be legally resold
- Fraud Prevention: No-return policies protect against product tampering and fraudulent claims
⚠️ IMPORTANT: By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that all sales are final and no refunds will be issued for any reason.
2. Limited Exceptions
While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we will consider the following exceptions on a case-by-case basis:
2.1 Damaged Products During Shipping
If your product arrives physically damaged due to shipping (crushed, broken, or leaking), you must:
- Report within 48 hours: Contact support@terramystic.shop within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide unboxing video: Submit an uncut video showing all sides of the unopened package, your name, date, order number, and the damage discovery process
- Show all items: Video must clearly show all items received and identify damaged products
- Do not discard packaging: Keep all packaging materials and damaged products
Note: Pictures alone will not be accepted. Video evidence is required to process damage claims.
If Approved:
- You must return damaged items to us
- We will verify the return before issuing replacement or reimbursement
- Replacement products will be shipped at our expense
- Processing time: Up to 24 hours for claim review, plus return verification time
2.2 Incorrect Products Shipped
If we ship you the wrong product or wrong quantity:
- Contact us immediately: Email support@terramystic.shop within 3 days of delivery
- Provide order details: Include your order number and photos/video of items received
- Keep products unopened: Do not open incorrect items if possible
If Approved:
- We will ship the correct product at our expense
- You may be asked to return incorrect items
- No refund will be issued; replacement only
2.3 Missing Items from Order
If items are missing from your order:
- Report within 48 hours: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide unboxing video: Uncut video showing package opening and inventory of all items received
- Show packing slip: Packing slip must be visible in video
If Approved:
- Missing items will be shipped at our expense
- Claims are reviewed within 24 hours
2.4 Order Cancellation Before Shipment
If you need to cancel your order:
- Contact us immediately: Email support@terramystic.shop with your order number
- Before shipment only: Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet shipped
- Same/Next day shipping: Due to our fast processing, most orders ship same or next business day
⚠️ Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or returned. You are responsible for the full purchase price.
3. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
3.1 Lost Packages
A package is considered potentially lost if:
- It hasn't arrived 2-3 days after the expected delivery date, AND
- Tracking updates have stopped with no current updates showing
Procedure:
- File a claim with the carrier (FedEx) through their claims department
- If you're unable to file, contact us and we will file on your behalf
- Wait for the carrier's investigation window to pass
- If the claim is approved by the carrier, we will issue reimbursement
Important: We do not reship lost orders. Only reimbursement for approved carrier claims.
3.2 Stolen Packages
If tracking shows "delivered" but you didn't receive your package or cannot locate it:
- Check with neighbors, household members, and all delivery locations
- Contact us to help investigate
- If verified as stolen, file a claim with the carrier
- If unable to file, we will file on your behalf
- If the carrier approves the claim, we will issue reimbursement
Important: We do not reship stolen orders. Only reimbursement for approved carrier claims.
3.3 Delayed Packages
Late or delayed deliveries (typically arriving within 2-3 days after estimated date) with continued tracking updates:
- Do not qualify for refunds or claims
- Most delays are caused by carrier logistics, weather, or high volume
- Please allow extra time during holidays and peak seasons
Exception: If tracking shows a damage alert, follow our Order Claims Process under section 2.1 above.
4. Fraudulent Claims & Chargebacks
Filing false claims or fraudulent chargebacks is a serious offense with legal consequences.
4.1 What Constitutes Fraud
- Claiming an order never arrived when tracking shows delivery
- Filing chargeback claiming "product defective" when it's not
- Claiming missing items when all items were delivered
- Attempting multiple fraudulent claims
- Providing false video evidence
4.2 Consequences of Fraud
- Immediate Account Ban: Your account will be permanently banned from TerraMystic
- Legal Action: We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies, including:
- Bank Fraud charges (18 U.S.C. § 1344): Up to 30 years imprisonment and/or fines
- Wire Fraud charges (18 U.S.C. § 1343): Up to 20 years imprisonment
- Mail Fraud charges (if USPS involved): Up to 20 years imprisonment
- Civil lawsuits for damages, legal fees, and chargeback fees
- Criminal Referral: Fraudulent activities will be reported to law enforcement
- Industry Ban List: Repeat offenders may be reported to fraud prevention databases
Chargeback Policy:
Filing an illegitimate chargeback is theft. If you have an issue with your order, contact us first. We maintain detailed records of all orders, tracking, and communications. Fraudulent chargebacks will be contested and prosecuted.
5. Order Accuracy - Your Responsibility
It is your responsibility to ensure order accuracy before completing your purchase:
- Review cart carefully: Check products, quantities, and prices
- Verify shipping address: Ensure address is correct and complete
- Double-check email: Confirm your email address for order notifications
- Read product descriptions: Understand what you're purchasing
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for customer ordering errors.
6. Product Variations
Due to the natural sourcing of botanical products, minor variations may occur:
- Color: Powder color may vary from batch to batch (light to dark)
- Texture: Consistency may differ slightly (fine to slightly coarse)
- Aroma: Scent intensity may vary based on freshness and source
- Potency: Alkaloid percentages are lab-tested but natural variation exists
These variations are normal and do not constitute grounds for return or refund. Product photos on our website are for illustrative purposes only.
7. How to Avoid Refund Issues
- Research products thoroughly before purchasing - read descriptions, warnings, and FAQ
- Start with smaller quantities if you're new to a product
- Verify your shipping address is complete and correct
- Choose a secure delivery location to prevent theft
- Track your package and be available to receive it
- Record unboxing videos for expensive or bulk orders (optional but helpful)
- Contact us immediately if there's any issue - don't wait
- Keep all packaging materials until you verify your order
